Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Signature Mobile Auto Detailing, we reserve dedicated time for every appointment. To provide the best service to all customers, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.
Cancellations
- •Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- •Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Customers who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Deposits
Some services, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, RV detailing, boat detailing, or appointments exceeding $300, require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the appointment.
- •Deposits will be applied toward the final invoice.
- •If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to one rescheduled appointment.
- •Deposits are forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows.
Weather Policy
Because we are a mobile detailing company, severe weather may require rescheduling. If Signature Mobile Auto Detailing must reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions, there will be no cancellation fee, and your appointment will be moved to the next available date.
Arrival & Vehicle Access
Please ensure:
- •The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
- •Keys are available if needed.
- •Personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before service.
If we are unable to access the vehicle within 20 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but service time may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
